The 1st one was better

I really liked the forst Narnia much better, but this one still had plenty of action and great effects. If you liked the first one you will like this one, but maybe not as much.

Eh...?

Just to throw it out there, the first film in this series, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe was very well done. However, Prince Caspian fell short and could not meet up to the expectations laid down by the first. Prince Caspian mimicked too closely to the first film so that I, as the audience, couldn't see it as a seperate film but rather as a worse version of the first. For example, The biblical allegory that the first film hints at is too blunt and heavy handed in Prince Caspian. The cute and witty banter from the first film didn't transfer over very well and at times it even felt canned and corny. Edmund lost his spunk, Lucy reminded me of Michelle from Full House when she wouldn't stop acting like a 4 year old, and Peter acted like Harry Potter book 5: angsty, angry, and arrogent. The film alluded too much to the first film and should've tried harder to differentiate itself rather than recapture verbatim the magic of the first film.

good

I really enjoyed the second film, because it had more action than the first film. It was fast paced and had a lot of battles.
I can not wait till the next movie in this great book series!

Good but not Amazing

The new Chronicles film is worth seeing but not so much so that I would run out to spend 11 dollars at the box office without enjoying it with friends. But it is most certainly enjoyable!
